I want to gatekeep Sarah Still, but I won’t. One of the smartest people in the agency consulting space right now.

Marketing agencies are one of the easiest businesses to start and one of the hardest to scale well.

After running Fall Line Digital for 8+ years, I started running into real operational issues. We were overly reliant on.. well, myself. We were constantly reinventing the wheel, and many critical processes lived in people’s heads.

Sarah and her team went far beyond generic surface level agency ops advice. They helped me break down our core customer experience segments - onboarding, growth, and go to market strategy - into real SOPs and task templates, clearly broken out by role and timeline.

The training and resources that Sarah provided helped to clarify the things we should be thinking about, and created frameworks that we can use to strategically solve them. Sarah talked through the way she's approached budgeting, forecasting, planning, and more complex topics for agencies in the past, and even supplied us with spreadsheets and tools she's used for managing them! We've since replaced and updated several of our own workflows using things I've taken away from what she taught me.

There were some topics (such as forecasting) that I felt I had a good grasp on. As Sarah dove into how she'd approached these, I realized I had some real gaps in my process and logic and was able to get a much better feel for how to handle them moving forward. On the flip side, there were topics I felt self doubt about, and after listening to Sarah talk through them felt much better about how I was doing after having the validation of someone far more experienced.
